Overview
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we only accept returns for damaged or defective products. This does NOT include damage to the boxes or packaging.
Items that are eligible for a return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return on eligible items, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Except in the case of items damaged during shipping, ALL returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Returns for Firearms
In the event a firearm is returned by your FFL for any reason you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Once the purchased firearm is transferred from the FFL to the Buyer, there are no returns/refunds.
